If you purchased a THREE International product via this site's links, refund and return requests go through THREE International's customer service. Their policy generally allows for return of unopened product within a stated window and includes a customer satisfaction provision. The most current terms live on their official site.
BA account, Smart Ship subscriptions, and back-office membership are managed via your THREE International back-office. You can pause, change cadence, or cancel subscriptions from there. Cancellation of a BA account is also handled through THREE corporate.
